December 12, 2012 - the lucky day for the others but not in our contingent in the football after they surrendered lost against Singapore in the second leg of the AFF (ASEAN Football Federation) Suzuki Cup via 0-1 final score, created by the freekick of Amri.
Even were cut our dream to qualify into the finals of the prestigious tournament in South East Asia, there are positive sides and history to be commemorate behind the dramatic campaign of Philippine Azkals.

1. The first homesoil event in the whole tournament history
> For the first in history, the first leg of the semifinals of the tournament was occurred in the Rizal Memorial Stadium. Last 2010, RMS were didn't able to bid semis leg 1 against Indonesia, due to fail observation of the FIFA (Federation of International Football Association) International Standards. Now, if you observe the RMS, its on change, from the require facilities and the good quality of pitch.

2. Rob Gier as the Captain
> The patriotic heart of ours Rob Gier, being the captain, he presented his fresh leg of being defenders and a true Filipino not in blood and mind.

3. We Trust to EdSa
> Even Etheridge and Muller were not avail to play for the team, Ed Sacapaño showed that even he small but he is terrible, he sweep all over three clean sheets in the group stages of the tournament.

4. Salute Emelio "Chieffy" Caligdong
> Caligdong saved the day against Vietnam and the first Filipino homegrown player to beat Vietnam two times since 2010 "Miracle in Hanoi".

5. We smash Myanmar for the first time
> We beat Myanmar Golden Angels for the first time, after Phil and Angel linked their locked skill goals to avail seat for the semis in the 2-0 line.

6. Phil Younghusband
> PYH, was included to the list of the AFF as their article. Phil, not just good looking to the Filipino fans, but  also to Thai, Vietnamese and Burmese fans.

7. Climb to third
> We now on the third of the AFF Suzuki Cup tournament after we earned all over +1 points from the semis, were able to pass the 2010 AFF Champs, the Malaysia.

Al least, even we're cut out, we able to present our patriot campaign, in the days to come, we hope, positive but good looking results will be on the line.
